Good Fellas

One of the best scenes from Good Fellas is the restaurant scene where Ray Liotta's character tells Joe Pesci's character that he's funny.  "What, I'm funny how?  Funny like a clown here for your amusement?".  Unfortunately, what is going on in Washington and Springfield is no laughing matter and certainly not funny.

This is a great ad that is targeting some Dems that are supporting EFCA Act.  Now that the health care bill is pushed back to the August session of Congress and Cap and Trade seems to be put off until next year because of a lack of votes, EFCA is back in the spotlight.

This is how it will work people.  By the way, notice that those states that are Right-to-Work are fairing the economic downturn much better than states that are forced union such as California, Illinois, and Michigan.  I don't think there is a coincidence.  We can never let our guard down because soon as one piece of legislation is put on the back burner, another demon seems to rear it's ugly head.  Don't think that they won't try to get this passed before August as Congress and many Americans will be distracted by the Sotomayor hearings next week...
