Censor the Opposition

Apparently, a gentleman has a kiosk in the Concord Mills Mall in North Carolina.  At his kiosk, he sells conservative bumper stickers, anti-Obama t-shirts, and other right leaning political items.  That is, he USED to sell those things.

It seems that the mall decided not to renew the kiosk owner's lease because they found some of the items he sold as "objectionable".  The kiosk owner refused to back down about removing the items disagreeable to the mall management and now his lease has definately not been renewed.

I know it's a private business and they can technically decide what stores they want at their mall.  However, I believe this kiosk owner has been singled out because what is the definition of "objectionable"?  For instance, if you visit the Simon Company (who owns Concord Mills Mall) website, you will see that this mall has a Hot Topic and a Spencer's Gifts.  Last time I was in either one of those stores, there was erotica on t-shirts in Hot Topic, and sex games, jokes, posters, etc. at Spencer's.

Anti-Obama t-shirt offensive, sexual material is ok.  Smells of a double standard to me...
