According to my sources, US Senate candidate Patrick Hughes has confirmed that he will be at the fall festival on Oct. 11th. 

Tickets are still available, if interested, please call 217-821-9306 or email effinghamcountyrepbulicans@yahoo.com.  $25 per person or $10 per student.  Part of money raised will be used to create a scholarship to be award to one senior attending college.  All Effingham County High School college bound seniors will have an opportunity to win the scholarship.
