Where's The Outrage?

About a month ago, the media and the Democrats were all upset and foaming at the mouth over Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) yelling "you lie" at President Obama's joint session of Congress.  They said decorum was breached - and according to House rules it was.  He was right about what he said, but the media was more focused on the fact that someone finally called out Obama on live TV.  Even so, Wilson apologized to the President, the President accepted, and it was supposed to be case closed.  Even Pelosi said after the joint session that no action would be taken against Wilson.  That lasted all but 24 hours.  Wilson was eventually censured by the House by a vote mostly along party lines.

Now, along comes Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) explaining what he calls the Republican Health Care Bill.  In his diatribe, Grayson eventually gets around to saying the GOP plan ask people to "die quickly" if they get sick.  He then goes on to explain later that the health care bill must pass to stop the Holocaust happening in America.

So far, his speech is in the media, but let's see how much coverage it gets.  Will Grayson get called a racist?  Will different groups threaten to boycott his state?  Will there be an apology?  Will there be a censure vote in the House?  OF COURSE NOT!!!

The conservatives in radio and TV will rake Grayson over the coals, but that's where it will end.  No 60 Minute specials, no Kate Couric spewing her garbage, and certainly no fained outrage by the Speaker of the House or other senior members of the Democratic Party.

I hope the people that keep buying these liberal newspapers, and watch liberal media "news" shows could just wake up from their Matrix like la-la land.  Is there any wonder that Fox News has more viewers than the major news outlets - combined?  Is it any wonder why the New York Times is going bankrupt?  The only people reading liberal papers or watching liberal shows are most likely the friends or family of those that work there, or Hollywood.  Sad really.  The media used to be on the side of the people.  Now they just push their agendas and defend their ideology.  As a result, they'll let Grayson's comments slide and focus instead on those evil, Nazi, racist conservatives.
