The Obama Solicitor-General has your way out of Obamacare....just earn less!  That's right, find yourself a job that pays less and you will qualify for the hardship provision!  Heck, why not just quit your job (if you haven't already lost it)!  Besides, the Solicitor-General might have a point as ABC points out:

More than 44.5 million Americans received SNAP benefits in March, an 11 percent increase from one year ago and nearly 61 percent higher than the same time four years ago.

In all seriousness, this is an actual argument being used by the administration in a court of law defending Obamacare - just earn less!

The pain of Obamacare has yet to be felt.  At least for some of us that pain has a temporary hold as President Obama has over 1300 different waivers - which includes the state of Maine in its entirety. Oh, 20% of those waivers went to Nancy Pelosi's district. 

For both Pelosi and Sen. Olympia Snowe (btw - help support Andrew Dodge who is challenging Sen. Snowe; as he says "It's time for Snowe to go"), it pays to support the President and the Democratic Party's wholesale slaughter of the Constitution. 

But again, the pain has yet to be really felt.  The real pain begins in 2014, after the Presidential election, In fact, a gentleman I recently met with the Heritage Foundation pointed out to me that public opinion and outrage has yet to be unified or vocal against Obamacare because we have not seen its more brutal parts yet.  But get ready, because it's coming.  We both agreed that the public must be re-informed about this boondoggle of legislation going into the 2012 election cycle:

In 2014 - You will owe either $95 or $285 per family or 1% of your income (whatever is greater) to the government if you choose not to buy government mandated healthcare.  But it gets better! 

In 2015, you will owe $325 or $975 per family or 2% of your income (whichever is greater) if you choose not to by government mandated health care.

In 2016, you will owe $695 or $2085 per family or 2.5% of your income (whichever is greater) if you choose not to by government mandated health care!

Wake up voters!  Choose your candidate wisely!  We have been lulled into passivity by the economy, Weinergate, and other issues.  Don't forget Obamacare because while we focus on 2012, 2014 will be upon us before we know it!
